PSAG uses browser storage to keep you signed in and let you return to your orders. We do not use advertising cookies or visitor tracking analytics on this website.
Sign-in
Better Auth uses a session cookie to keep you signed in for up to seven days, renewing it while you use the website. Clearing authentication cookies signs you out.
Guest receipts
An order-specific or registration-specific cookie lets the same browser return to a private receipt for up to 90 days. Clearing it removes that browser’s access. You can request a one-time recovery link using the original reference and booking email. These cookies are sent only over HTTPS on the deployed site.
Installed app and notifications
The installed app caches a static offline help page. Account information, private photos, tickets and payment responses are not stored in its offline cache. Push notifications require browser permission and can be disabled in My PSAG notification preferences.
External services
Online checkout opens the payment provider’s website, where its own cookie and privacy information applies. External galleries and calendar links open those services. The sticker map requests map tiles from OpenStreetMap.
